The Sand Park is the sometimes hilarious account of James Anthony Lowery, a big country man in his mid-fifties, coming to terms with the death of his son, fifteen years ago and now more recently, his wife Rose. It’s about the fun of life, the ritual of death and what happens when either one is altered.
